Creating and saving Files
HTML files can be created with any text editor. All of the exercises in this site can be completed using Notepad. Save your files with the extension .htm changing the file type to All Files in the FileSaveAs dialog box.
You can view your HTML document by locating it in Windows Explorer and double-clicking the file. When you make any changes to your file in Notepad, remember to save your work. Press refresh in your browser to view the updated file.
