QJ Octahedron II
This puzzle is a flattened octahedron. The shape is sometimes likened to a UFO. The puzzle is a variation on the 3x3x3 cube that changes shape when scrambled.
As with all shape-changing puzzles, there is a little extra work to do to get your head around which pieces match which pieces on the standard cube. This shape is relatively easy to work with. Centres are sensitive to orientation and, at some point during the solve, you will have to twist them about a bit.
The puzzle turns fairly well but isn't anything special. The corner-turning octahedron is a much more attractive puzzle in all sorts of ways and much more interesting to solve.
